This is from the comments area on Informer’s blog and it worth taking this apart with the real truth instead of the fantasy that is Shelley’s warped paranoid interpretation.

the obvious here is that for Amanda to be ‘talking’ on google at all nevermind for the literally thousands of posts that track her ‘history’ there — she certainly wasn’t in any institution for any four years, which is the claim you band of Geniuses have been claiming here

Oh yes she was! She had to be watched 24/7 because of the drugging up that was going on! They would have let her on the old Net (as it was at the time) in order to keep her occupied. Perfectly reasonable and a smart move even though Amanda should never have been in there to begin with! That answers the question put further down the post. Oh and it was a residential hospital, not an institution (just to correct Craig/Scratcher and Tex).

Before you take up the ‘what Phil said” routine, you really should understand that Phil doesn’t know anything about any of this, he’s guessing (and badly) and you’re taking up his quesses as if they’re gospel…

This is Shelley’s whole problem. This is based on a false premise – that her fantasies represent the real world, and she is adamant that I have no information except guess work. She’s wrong and she should just admit it otherwise this will never be resolved.

How is her blatantly imitating me and portraying herself (watch the entire video, at very least you should know and be familiar with the material you are attempting to defend) as if she’s lived a lifetime like mine, how is this Amanda being ‘honest’?

There is no imitation because the video was originally created before November 2006 when Shelley and Amanda first made contact online. There is some coincidence – and that’s all. Shelley, the reality is;
1. You were LFA as a child. Amanda was Aspergers.
2. You weren’t in junior high until 18 and even then it was under special circumstances. This is distinct from Amanda’s education experience and not the same. And she was 15 when she went to Simon’s Rock. Where were you when you were 15?
3. You were never misdiagnosed with schizophrenia and drugged to the gills. Amanda was.
4. You and Amanda are NOT the same height (that was something that you DID claim)
5. Your toileting problem and Amanda’s are NOT the same thing. Similar but NOT the same.

Need I go on? Shelley, you are embarrassing yourself. Shut up and go away and concentrate on getting help in your area – and switch off your Internet connection.

She’s gone too far now, and she’s going to get into more trouble than she’s ever been before if she doesn’t;

1. Remove my full name from two of her You Tube videos. That is a breach of privacy and against You Tube’s TOS. The first video has been reported.
2. Remove the quote from the AAT decision of 1991 because;
a. No one knew about Aspergers Syndrome except in select circles in 1991. It wasn’t added to the DSM until 1994. It was therefore impossible for me to be diagnosed in 1991.
b. The decision has been ordered removed from all public domain publication by the AAT. Austlii (the original source) has done so.

I will be quite happen to subpoena You Tube for her details in order to add her as a party to the proceeding against Best (who incidentally also needs to remove the quote – and that is in hand BTW), and she will have to share the payment of the $10,000. I would also be seeking the removal of both videos due to the offence they cause not just me but to everyone in the Autistic community (I now know she lives in California thanks to her own words – see below).

She can stop this action being taken by removing the comments.

Meanwhile, I noted this on Best’s blog about me from her under the anonymous tag;

That’s quite a statement – for which I have this retort. If this is true, then what the heck is Jamie doing living at home?? He should be under professional care 24 bloody 7! That’s a great example of neglect and a poor effort at improving things for him. Autism is not something that should be left alone for any length of time at that end of the Spectrum. No wonder Jamie is punching himself and this witch clearly isn’t doing the right thing. You aren’t a one woman band, you know! NO ONE can handle that sort of thing alone. There is little validity in what you know outside the confines of that institution, so as far as the truth goes – you have nothing to offer the world, again outside that institution. The real world is not interested in your fantasies and it never will be.

1. one of Amanda’s claims is that she was eventually in a ‘special ed’ setting — in a classroom for schizophrenics which was sandwiched between classes for Autistics

2. was this school where Baggs was recognized as being Schizophrenic also manage to fail to ‘recognize mild autism when they saw it’ too?
(It wasn’t a school. It was an institution, and the quack was one of many at the time who didn’t know the difference between mild Autism AKA Aspergers and Schizophrenia. That was happening a lot in the 90’s and it still happens now)
3. I know a fair amount about the family
(No, you don’t – you make it up as you go!)
4. If there had been any other diagnosis it would have been waved about like a flag. There wasn’t
(There was, it was – and it was ignored by the quack who DXed her with schizophrenia)
5. Not everyone in Amanda’s own immediate family is ‘on board with” her whole feigning Autism masquerade.

Shelley/Droopy has arrived on Informer’s blog, and this gives me the chance to first of all note her bullying of Stephanie Keil – leading to the typical act of paranoia on Shelley’s part. Accusing Stephanie of copying her life. This now proves that Shelley has form for this. The bullying she did is also proof that Autcom made the right decision kicking Shelley to the curb and preventing her from attending. She’s unstable when her fantasy world is threatened in any way.

Now I’m no friend of Stephanie’s as Heretic666 rightly pointed out. Heck, she’s up for an HAA Award come May 23 because of her negativity (something that was a key factor in Mitchell getting an HAA in 2009). There was a great demonstration of this on Cresp’s blog. But no one deserves to be attacked by this embarrassing little woman in that manner.

When Tex swooped on Shelley for her attack on Andrew Ackner on Informer’s blog, she shot back with this;

Shelley doesn’t live in the real world. Not at all. Accusing Stephanie of copying her is a great example of it. Along with everything else she claims is real. About the only thing that is real about her is that she’s on the Autistic Spectrum, and has other associated but unrelated problems. But outside of her medical history – it’s one long fantasy trip.

Of course when Matt Hogan challenged Shelley about the other copying accusation, that had Informer defending her with the most blatant slander against AB. There’s a brand new enemy to the Autistic community. A witch who goes by the screen name depicted in the title.

This woman has an LFA son, who she is physically fighting to prevent self injury. That is long held to be the WRONG WAY to handle that sort of behaviour, because it does absolutely nothing to control the source of it. And doing this is only hurting the son even more. He’s not going to stop just because you try to force him to, woman!!

Craig/Scratcher – AKA Mal Case on You Tube – made this point in a nasty way with this;

It’s being thumbed down because it shows a mother engaging physical violence against her son. There are other flaming ways, lady!

Point is made. Well and truly. Using this method is a sign that the mother is failing, and failing badly.

When I first went over there myself a couple of days ago thanks to the video being linked on John Best Junior’s blog, I saw that she was opposed to the DSM recognising the Autistic Spectrum and insisted that Autism and Aspergers were poles apart. In medical parlance – and therefore medical fact – this is not true. Autism and Aspergers come from the same genetic source and have the same general traits. The only difference is the gravity of the sensory sensitivity, and the overload that causes regression into LFA is much stronger than that for Aspies or mild Autism.

But KGAccount refuses to even acknowledge this. Advances in treatments for LFA have been possible because of an increased understanding of the Spectrum as a whole. This would not have been possible if Aspergers had not been recognised as part of the Spectrum. KGAccount should be adopting some of these attitudes if she really wants to help her son.

But she won’t. This is why she fails.

And as for this;

Apparently these folks think this is North Korea, where if you disagree with their opinions or movements, you will be attacked and targeted. Well, I got new folks. You picked the wrong mom. You will fail in every attempt you make to mock severe real autism or attack any parent who is going through what I go through with my son. You will be exposed.

I’m putting this entry here – just in case it gets modded out from it’s source. Harold Doherty’s blog.

To set this up, Doherty went on a rant about Kevin Leitch accusing him of something he claims he didn’t say. Kev went onto the blog and told him “You don’t post any science to support your beliefs and neither did David. He made a claim based on his opinion and you agreed with it.”

That caused Doherty to go to the original quote; “Both Dachel and Harold (and David Kirby come to that) are claiming that epidemiology can be ursurped by individual experience” and then state that he never made any such claim. And I couldn’t resist the following comment;

He’s not wrong – and I’ll help Kev out here by telling you that by pushing the views that you do (ie ignoring real epidemiology studies that show that vaccines have no connection to Autism etc etc) you are in effect putting your own personal experience ahead of science.

Which means that Kev’s statement was correct, and your attempt to nit pit on exact wording is an error on your part which you should admit to.

The only way you can prove Kev (and me) wrong – is to admit that there is no scientific (epidemiological) proof that your views are correct and you rely on your own experience first.

So which is it?

I wonder if he’ll allow it through and reply? If he does, and he attacks me this entry will be updated accordingly.

Came across this from Shelley/Droopy on Cresp’s blog just now, and yet again – she’s proving she is off with the fairies;

While there’s people out here like me literally going to court when its absolutely needed and as a last resort just to see that the most fundamental core provisions (for things like transportation, literal access to the community so one is not living in a completely restricted environment and is able to live safely and independently as is possible in their own home, safely and without threat of abuse or neglect or starvation) supports and services are provided and upheld for those among us who desperately need them …

[ME] meanwhile is petitioning to have these already precious funds where he lives that were actually designated to actually help people like me who need that help, instead Phil would like to see spent to go after people on the internet that [ME] has antagonized and that now Phil doesn’t like, and to fund Phil’s own special interests??

This was in response to someone called “Bad Wolf” (probably the idiot Cyberman under another ID) who linked my contributions to the Autism State Plan and to the HREOC Employment enquiry re the disabled.

Note 1 – Before the Autism State Plan, there were NO services for ANYONE on the Spectrum at all. Only a pittance available for LFA’s, which everyone agreed was not enough. My contribution was designed to give the government a clear message that we ALL need support. There would be NO harm done to the funding for those in Shelley’s position – in fact they would also have been improved. And they have. So there has been no attack, contrary to Miss Paranoid 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and probably 2010’s warped view point. Funding has to go up for EVERYONE. Not just me!

Note 2 – Shelley fails to understand the importance of special interests to ALL Aspies. Not just me. Is she seeking to deny Aspies education opportunities within special interests? Judging by her BS she is advocating leaving us behind so she can get what she wants. That’s reverse discrimination, idiot! ALL OF US should be getting help. NO exceptions.

Also, you have to remember that legal action is not needed here to get funding. It’s only needed in the US because that’s the way that stupid country is constituted. If Droopy lived in Australia she would be a whole lot better off than she is now.

Phil, you are a perfect glowing example of Neurodiverwsity — and don’t let anybody ever tell you otherwise.

Given that Shelley has a different view of Neurodiversity to reality, I shall take this attempt at an insult as a compliment.

“Droopy” — the very same ‘lowly inferior LFA’ who [ME] has repeatedly and loudly proclaimed he’d be all too happy to see stripped of any and all life supports and services — and instead would like to see me returned to a prior institutional life.

Until you start living in the real world and put your fantasy world it it’s box – I stand by what I have said. You’ll get the appropriate supports that you need in an institution (just as long as it isn’t adversarial of course). And you shouldn’t be released until you stop lying about real people.

Somebody desperately needs to come along and protect us (people who actually HAVE Autism, most of us which can’t even speak for ourselves to defend ourselves from every day things, let alone a mess like this) from these so called “Autistic Advocates’

Last time I posted about Shelley AKA Droopy it wasn’t about an attack on me.

This time it is – from the comments on Cresp’s blog. And she is off with the fairies again as usual.

I will also share that I did once inform Phil [removed] directly that even strictly statistically speaking ‘odds are’ very likely that my IQ is higher than his own (the same statistics I referred to are the same that are used to determine who will be eligible to join various “high IQ societies’ of which I have been a member, which I also told Phil).

Whilst it’s true that she told me this, she’s lying. Even after the DSM-IV made it impossible to get an LFA DX if one’s IQ was below the line of intellectual impairment (that’s 70) she remained LFA until far more recently. So – ergo – diagnostically it is impossible to hide the fact that her IQ was lower than mine by miles. And it also means that being a member of Mensa was also impossible.

As far as any new IQ goes – it can’t rise from below 70 to above 131 just like that. The only way Shelley could get that would be via a biased and limited test that doesn’t do the whole gambit. And even then I query it because of her lack of grip on the real world.

Shelley then went off on her usual tangent about AB before she got back on topic with this;

The reality is that if Shelley was never LFA, she would never have been in an institution and stayed there for as long as she did. THAT at least is verifiable – unlike her other claims which fall into her fantasy realm.

Its interesting because Phil doesnt perceive me as any ‘threat to his mental health’ since Phil perceives me as no threat at all (he’s been so busy responding to his prejudiced notions of me that where it comes to me he’s simply too busy laughing, attempting to provoke, overly confident in his ability to harrass goad and instigate with what he sees as a ‘lower life form’ (which to Phil also means justifiable target, sort’ve like a person who torments animals for personal pleasure because ‘they’re only animals’ and that ‘makes it okay’) Phil often times has been seen actively stalking me over the internet (he is still begging people for my full name and location).

Actually I consider Shelley to be a threat to the Autistic community’s mental health – as such. That’s the chief reason for my efforts to expose her, and call her an embarrassment while I’m about it because it’s true. That is an indirect and serious threat to my mental health. Not a direct threat like the others she may be thinking of. Also – there is no such thing as a “lower life form” when it comes to the human race. I’m not laughing (except when noted above). I’m annoyed that Shelley was even released from the institution, because it’s clear she is unable to function in society at all. There is no personal pleasure in what I do. As for the stalking allegation – that’s ridiculous and far from funny because she clearly doesn’t understand the definition. She actually comes to me – not the other way around! Not only that, I can’t even remember the last time I asked anyone if they knew her address!

If anyone is goading and trying to instigate anything – it’s her, not me. She can keep it up if she wants to. I can wait. I can take my time. It’s no skin off my nose if she continues to make a fool of herself. I do know this though – she doesn’t have the guts to respond here.

Upon the great news of Ari Ne’eman being nominated for a position of the National Council on Disability by Barack Obama – Jake Crosby has gone onto Age of Autism and posted a trashy garbage laden pack of lies on the issue.

Crosby opposes Neurodiversity. That puts him against reality for a start, and it just goes down hill from there. Neurodiversity is there whether he likes it or not. Just like every other form of diversity that makes up the human race.

Ari is right. The Autistic Spectrum is NOT a disability. It IS a difference. You can be on the Spectrum – anywhere on the Spectrum – and you can still achieve. Crosby himself has achieved. So have other sceptics, because they have abilities. This is what Crosby doesn’t get. Even LFA’s have abilities. The point is that one just has to be positive and seek those abilities and use them. That’s what any human being can do.

If they are allowed to.

That’s the key – being allowed to. Crosby completely ignores the part society plays in making the Spectrum a disability. He’s a victim and he doesn’t realise it because he doesn’t want to. He blames the condition. His source – Jonathan Mitchell – does the same thing. Both of them and everyone else is wrong. The disabling factor is society, not the condition.

Ari knows this and this is why his nomination is a victory for common sense. Crosby has no common sense because he has learnt to hate the Autistic Spectrum. That hate is the enemy. Hate creates mistakes. Hate creates disadvantage. Hate is what Crosby and AoA represents.

And hate blocks understanding.

I ask that everyone in the US write to your Congress representative or Senator – and ask them to support Ari’s nomination, and to warn them about the likes of Crosby and Mitchell and their ilk. Once real understanding of the Autistic Spectrum is achieved, the children on the Spectrum will get the proper supports and parents who do the wrong thing (like John Best Junior) will get punished.

I’m going to see if I can write to Congress and the Senate myself along these lines. Whether we like it or not, America is in a position of influence. Ari Ne’eman is a great man to do this, and no one has the right to try and stop him or anyone else who believes as he does – and correctly.

Shut up already, Shelley!! Talk about paranoid! Where did AB say anything about Michigan? All she was doing was reflecting on the disgusting situation at the blueberry farms in that state, and compared the abuse with that in institutions that she HAS been a victim of – and NOT in Michigan!

But oh no, Shelley has to go the extra light year to try and prove her point – when it’s all a part of that silly fantasy world that she pushes.

I’ll say this again – Shelley is an embarrassment to the Autistic community. I’d like to know when she was diagnosed (incorrectly) with schizophrenia and got doped up IN INSTITUTIONS between 1995 and 1999/2000 (can’t remember which of the two in the latter case). Oh wait – I know.
