This article is written from a personal viewpoint and all statements made are either correct at the time of publication or an expression of opinion.

This is the second article I have done that talks about someone who has done nothing to me personally.

Ginger Taylor is the mother of an Autistic who is absolutely convinced that vaccines cause Autism, and goes to great lengths to try and misrepresent those who are pledged to do the right thing. Her biggest target was now former head of America’s Centre for Disease Control, Julie Gerberding.

This woman has clearly panicked and believes in all the conspiracy BS about vaccines – clearly indicating that she failed chemistry at school. Not only that, she thinks the CDC is even now ignoring what she and the other panic merchants are calling the “Autism Epidemic”. There is no such epidemic. What there is an “epidemic” of (forgetting for the moment that the word only applies to diseases) is intolerance and lack of understanding.

In April 2008 Taylor uploaded a video in which she claims Julie admitted that vaccines cause Autism. She did no such thing in this clearly edited video. This was an upshot of the Hannah Poling decision, in which the government admitted vaccine damage had been done. But contrary to Taylor’s hopeful view – there was no admission to the vaccines causing Autism. I hold firm to the belief that Hannah was already on the Spectrum. In the comments on the video, Taylor said;

Thimerosal induces neuronal cell apoptosis by causing cytochrome c and apoptosis-inducing factor release from mitochondria, International Journal of Molecular Medicine, 2006, “Our data suggest that thimerosal causes apoptosis in neuroblastoma cells by changing the mitochondrial microenvironment”.

And as a consequence caused a sensory overload to the already existing Autistic Spectrum. Remember that it was nine vaccines on the one visit as well. This is the problem with Taylor – she intentionally ignores alternatives that wreck her conspiracy BS.

I was going to do more on that video in creating this article – but on February 2, 2011, Taylor published a survey response on her blog “Adventures in Autism” and this provides the best example possible of the sheer lunacy of this woman.

For a start, question 11 asks; “What specific factors do you believe are contributing to the trends in prevalence of other neurodevelopmental disorders over time?”

Corruption.

Those in government, pharma and the chemical industry have abused their power and have poisoned the american people in the name of “health and progress” for their own financial and power gains.

There is absolutely no evidence of this except in the minds of panic stricken parents clutching at straws for an easy explanation when there isn’t one.

Question 12 asks; “Please list 5 things that can be done in the immediate future (next 4 years) to assess the factors you listed in Question 10.” (Question 10 asked what increased ASD prevalence to which Taylor answered chemicals across the board).

Taylor answered this by calling for laws to be introduced to make informed consent on vaccines mandatory (that won’t make the slightest difference in the US), stopping lobbyists in effect from talking to government (won’t make any difference either) and then she called for the abolition of the one protection factor children have in the US – The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. Taylor thinks that this is protecting Big Pharma from being scrutinised by Congress. That is a lot of panic stricken nonsense. She also wanted a full investigation into not only the CDC, but the Food and Drug Administration and the Health Department as well – and she wanted Ethics Laws introduced. That last one also won’t make any difference, because the people who are showing no ethics are people like Ginger Taylor.

Question 13 asks; “If the factors you listed in Question 10 cannot be assessed immediately, what 3 steps can be taken to do so in the future?”

Taylor’s answer here just about says it all. Aside from her whining about the CDC ignoring Autism parents (they aren’t – except for the ones who tell lies about Autism as Taylor does) she uttered this BS;

CDC come clean about their autism stance and issue a public statement admitting that they do not care about children with autism and they will not be addressing the problem either from the causation side, nor the treatment side. That way people can stop trusting that you are going to handle the problem and ban together to find their own solutions.

They care, idiot! You are the one who doesn’t, because you refuse to accept that Autism is genetic in origin!

Immediately turn over any funding specifically designated for autism research and treatment to the organizations who have actually been thinktanking, researching and finding treatments for autism. I suggest Autism One, The Autism Research Institute and the National Autism Association. I am excluding Autism Speaks, as they waste most of their money on Park Avenue office space, high salaries and parties, and have not come up with ANY treatments after millions in donations over several years.

Whilst I agree about Autism Speaks, the others are wasting their time and energy with useless searches for non genetic causes. Concentration should be on what causes regressions, and I think I already know the answer – sensory overload. But for that to happen there has to be sensory sensitivity to begin with, and that’s where the genetic connection lies. Treatments that work already exist (the GFCF diet for example and that has a sensory factor – taste).

Admit that you stopped releasing birth cohort prevalance rates for ASD with the 1998 birth cohort because you don’t want people to know what happened when thimerosal was revealed to be in the vaccine program at sky high levels and began to be removed. That way states can do their own assessments and make their own determinations on whether or not CDC is giving them good vaccine program advice and whether or not they will adopt the recommendations of the ACIP. States and families are paying for all the damage. You guys just put your policies out there and if it kills every last child in the country, you still get to home at sip wine by the fire every night. There are NO consiquences to CDC if they are completely wrong. So admit it and let everyone else worry about protecting their children. They deserve the right to know that you are not doing it for them.

That release was stopped because idiots like Taylor were intentionally misrepresenting them. The thiomersal content would in fact show that it is NOT connected with Autism because the prevalence rates have NOT changed since it was removed. So much for that stupid theory! This woman is clearly not interested in doing the right thing by her own child in my honest opinion if this is anything to go by! She’s no advocate!

And she added a fourth note which was just plain ridiculous;

Stop trying to destroy our doctors and attack parents in the media.

As long as you continue to undermine vaccine integrity you deserve every bit of it!

Taylor continued to rant her way through the remaining questions until finally when Question 19 (the last question) asked; “Please provide additional comments about trends of autism spectrum disorders” she blurted out the following trash;

Why? Our community has been screeming at you for ten years and you don’t care. 

Remember the National Autism Associations 09.09.09 campaign? You were bombarded for an entire day asking how long we were going to have to put up with this garbage and CDC coudn’t even pick up a phone or send out a BS press release saying some bland, non-committal, vanilla statement from some low level PR guy saying, “we understand the frustration of these desperate parents and hope to have answers for them in the future”.

You disabled my son. The only reason you want information from me is to figure out how to keep getting away with all the damage you are doing.

The bombardment was treated correctly, because it came from a lynch mob with no basis in it’s beliefs. That was the right thing to do. The CDC did not disable Taylor’s son. He has a genetic condition. I don’t know where on the Spectrum he is, but if he’s LFA, I’m willing to bet that Taylor is neglecting him, or has neglected him in the past. Or maybe both. That is real damage – and the biggest damage of the lot is that Ginger Taylor is holding up real understanding of Autism.

That is why she is an enemy of Autistics and will remain so for another ten years – at least. Until she comes to her senses and realises the folly of her actions. Her survey will be dumped in the rubbish bin as it deserves to be.
