This article is written from a personal viewpoint and all statements made are either correct at the time of publication or an expression of opinion.

Lowell Hubbs is the delusional former owner of the website “Vacfacts.info”, a poorly named site given that it didn’t give any facts at all.

I came across Hubbs on an article on TheParade.com. The article was an excellent one about parents delaying and skipping vaccines and why. But Hubbs used the comments area to try and press the article as inaccurate and push vaccines as dangerous, including the unproven and false link to Autism.

It would take too long to go through everything he said and pick it apart. Needless to say he relies on Google University (a colloquialism for studying Internet links without really understanding their true meaning) and the likes of proven quack Russell Blaylock for example. He also believes in the idea that the contents of the vaccine are relevant – a clear showing of a massive fail in chemistry – and in the preservative issue relating to both thiomersal and aluminium.

A good example of this was the call out on The Parade by Linda Tock;

The dose makes the poison – how much ‘borax’ is in gardasil, Lowell? Do you even know? Do you understand the concept of dose/response?

Wait… I’ve asked this before. The answer’s still no.

This was in reply to Hubbs who was trying to identify Borax, supposedly an ingredient of the Gardasil vaccine, as toxic. When Linda said this, Hubbs tried to divert the idea away claiming there was no information. Then why make the claim to begin with? He tried again to apply multiple vaccines as a major problem and Linda rightly repeated her question. Hubbs again resisted, again claiming that no such information existed. Then he tried to push the multiple vaccines again! I couldn’t believe what I was reading – the man just didn’t get it! Linda told him that his argument was dose dependent and repeated the question for a third time. And all Hubbs could say was;

Answering a question with a question again, Tock; only shows your obvious selective ignorance and repeat unwillingness to face the facts.

Linda pointed out that she was exposing him for dodging the question and repeated it one more time – and Hubbs didn’t reply.

Hubbs also claimed that there were no studies into the safety of aluminium adjuvants in vaccines and until there were they were not safe in effect. He also downplayed the threat posed by chicken pox, claiming that there had been no deaths. My sister caught the chicken pox and it was nasty. Why would one be prepared to put a child through that, and what about the potential damage to the immune system when not treated? Prevention is better than cure – but from this it would seem that Hubbs doesn’t believe that.

Then there’s the unreliable NVIC site, which Linda pointed out relied on incorrect numbers from the VAERS database (the American vaccine reporting system, which is incomplete because not all injuries are reported correctly or at all). I jumped in making the point about hydrogen in water, and both Linda and Ken Reibel added sodium chloride/salt as well. Hubbs responded;

If they injected table salt, it would be toxic as well, if in any significant amount other than very dilute. And Tock, CHOP is a Paul Offit vaccine scam site. Just like you, he has absolutely no physiological science nor safety data and science to back up anything he claims to; be it in regard to formaldehyde, nor aluminum adjuvants. Any other conclusion, is simply blind to, and ignoring the facts.

And yet when blood loss is replaced, medical practitioners use table salt in part as a blood plasma expander. According to Hubbs such a thing would be toxic! Go figure! As Ken pointed out about Lactated Ringer’s solution in reply, and Hubbs tried to ignore salt as an argument probably knowing that he was in trouble over it! He tried to differ salt from aluminium, completely ignoring the chlorine in the salt as the core argument and the fact that chlorine is more toxic than aluminium! Hubbs was putting down Paul Offit’s “CHOP” website and trying to put over his own crank site and I couldn’t resist the obvious;

Hubbs challenged me to go looking for vaccine safety studies on Paul’s site. Of course I won’t because that’s not what the site is about. Perhaps he should put some information there if it’s not, but it doesn’t matter. Hubbs is wrong to begin with.

But the core issue started when he noted that I had already blocked Autistic Enemy Diane Davis, and that started the following argument;

So, you are attacking Dianne, but you are so concerned and worried about her having a response in her own defense, that you blocked her so that she is unaware of the attack you are conducting. How any more desperate does it get, to silence the truth! Sick stuff.

The one thing I will ask you is this? How do you explain the fact that I have multiple studies on those titled pages of my site, which clearly show by which the mechanisms of harm are happening, due to injection of vaccine aluminum adjuvants; while at the same time since the year 1929, the CDC has collected absolutely no safety data on aluminum nor aluminum adjuvants, and nor have they done any safety studies? If you can produce one single and actual safety study on vaccine aluminum adjuvants, you can get right to providing that. What qualification does Paul Offit have? He has absolutely no such vaccine safety studies either. You can also get to producing even one single safety study in regard to multiple vaccines given on multiple visits. LOL You are an angry trash talking joke, Phil Gluyas. What are your qualifications? I’m waiting for a reply?

Boy, that sure is a lot of hatred of the facts and truth, Phil Gluyas. If you think that CDC funded epidemiological studies on one single vaccine and one single vaccine ingredient that for the most part is not even used anymore, is all the sound so called science that such as the CDC needs to prove vaccine safety; you are simply in a lost state of mainstream delusions. If you think that is all the so called science they need to conclude that vaccines are not linked nor causing the now stated 1 in 88 numbers of ASD, you are beyond delusional. 

In addition to that knowledge, I have collected a major collection of the real and unbiased science and data showing the all to obvious and real harm of vaccines. As well I have exposed the lack of actual vaccine and vaccine aluminum adjuvant safety science data the CDC really has. Hubbs then went on a rant about the lack of counters to his links and stating that anyone can understand what his material says and means – material that he selectively derived from unreliable sources by the way!

I’ve said this before, Hubbs. I’m not interested in what America does. I live in Australia, and the TGA is required by law to do all the tests. I find it reliable compared to the CDC who behave like cowards and say nothing when challenged thinking ignoring the BS will make it go away. We have the same vaccines here, and there have been none of the issues you whine about. So unless the Yanks are doing something different – you don’t have a leg to stand on. I made the point elsewhere about aluminium cans. Explain that one! According to you – they’re dangerous! RUBBISH! The study results that you are linking are not qualified – and yes you DO need to be qualified. You don’t have the training to understand the meaning of what you are reading. You THINK it’s easy. It’s not, and every time you post you show it. You ARE a convicted criminal and it’s fact. You can’t translate what you read properly, and THAT is fact as well. Trying to put yourself over as an “expert” in the face of both those facts makes you crazy to the max. You have no unbiased data. You have your biased uneducated opinion and nothing more. The website I was referring to was the Australian Vaccination-Risks Network’s (then just the Australian Vaccination Network). And I then commented again thus;

Also – the 1 in 88 for ASD’s was caused by the DSM-IV and nothing else. Aspies in particular were able to exist within society in the past because life was at a good pace and there was a base routine in place, allowing Aspies to function fully. In more recent years however that base routine has disappeared and the pace has quickened beyond rationality – exposing Aspies to the functioning issues that used to be reserved for Kanner’s Syndrome only. THOSE are the facts. ASD’s have been with us since as least the late 1700’s, and there is anecdotal evidence of it existing in ancient Greece. It certainly didn’t magically appear in 1931, that’s for certain!

Since that time it was revealed that Autism was first written about in 1926.

Of course Hubbs ignored all of that and he continued to press his material as correct. I won’t quote him here, but when I challenged him about aluminium and soft drink cans again, he tried for Blaylock again! I shot him down with that fact and he didn’t reply to it.

For the most part, Hubbs relies on Blaylock, Natural News, Mercola, Andrew Wakefield and Whale.to for his information – not to mention another Autistic enemy in Ginger Taylor, and Harold Doherty as well!

Now onto the criminal matter – the fact that in early June 2011, Hubb’s original site lowellfacts.com was taken down and replaced with a takedown instruction from ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement). ICE was dealing in copyright and trademark infringement at the time and taking down sites. Hubbs claimed he was hacked but I dispute that claim. Apparently child porn was found hiding on the site as well and Hubbs claimed he was hacked? Nope – sorry, I don’t believe it.

Now I’m not accusing Hubbs of being a paedophile. If he had of been convicted of that he’d be in jail right now. What I believe he was convicted of was allowing storage by other parties, and he was caught! He got away with what he claimed which is why he isn’t in jail. But I believe he does have a conviction against his name for it! The original site later re-directed to his crank site.

I am happy to advise that the website is now gone. The last sign of it was in March 2017 with something else not owned by him showing up in late 2018. That has also disappeared. Hubbs does however remain on Facebook as of May 7, 2025.

I’ll leave the last word in this article for Linda Tock in reply to this from Hubbs;

Do you understand anything at all about human detoxification, Tock? You only understand and promote as much as will carry you through your agenda bias, and all else is without any recognition nor comprehension to you and for you. Thats called selective and biased reasoning, I think.
